in may they took 79.99 and 79.99 and yesterday the 7th june they took a further 77.99 and 62.95..i even rang my bank last month and they cancelled anymore money coming out but it happened again this month..they are taking my money even though i cancelled with my bank...i want my money back i cant afford to have this amount taken out every month...they ripping me off and im really annoyed

Hi,
I had the exact same problem and they took £79.99 for LipoSlim and £79.98 for the NaturalCleanse products. No where could I see the small print that mentioned these additional payments! I called the UK number at 8am this morning and they offered me a 50% refund, I stated that I had found some forums where they recieved a full refund and I wanted to speak to her manager and immediately she changed her mind to a full refund. I have recieved confirmation emails stating that I will receive a refund but at the moment I am sceptical... I will keep you updated.

PS: This is the number that I called; 0800 011 9520.
They will try and tell you, that you are not entitled to a refund, then they will offer the 50%, but keep arguing it out and inform them you know that others have recieved full refunds after the 21 day period. -
