I sent for a trial pack of face creams in April 2013 which I received promptly and paid £3.95 on my credit card. I have today received my bank statement and Dermaproz.com have taken £97.95 from my account without my permission. I have taken this matter up with the relevant authorities but so far haven't got my money back.
