I tried making a call from Frankfurt airport to India, my attempt was a failure, so I tried calling back and then got the call connected. I spoke for about a minute and cut the call. When I found my card statement and was shocked to find that I was charged 41.10 USD for a single call to India, even more to the surprise for the call which didn't get connected, they had charged me another 41.10 USD. So on the whole it makes 82.20 USD for a single call. It was very well mentioned in the telephone that 1euro/minute, so did I go ahead with calling, but never expected these guys would cheat like this. Please help me get back my money. How should I proceed from here on ?
