I was ordering on line, website prompted me for information credit and address, website has program that doesn't allow you to go back to original page, for each page the website keeps offering more and more products and when you enter no I don't want any thing else after awhile they bring you to a page that says that they are charging $159.00 for 5 bottles of the product, I never ordered 5 bottles, I only wanted to try one bottle for $ 39.00. Right after within 2 minutes I called on the phone and 3 times they said they don't do cancellations and I was hung up on all 3 times, the 4th call I talked to Sharon Johnson, and she gave me a cancellation # but the company never honored it. I believe this is a scam for sure. Another time I finally was able to get someone that would speak to me about returning products, and got a RA # and did so right away hoping that they would return my $159.00 that was taking out of my checking acct. The clerk said that they would charge me like $8.00 per bottle for restocking fees, I hit was so furious because, they didn't need to take the bottles off the shelf since I called to cancel after within minutes of me ordering. I have my proof I sent 5 bottles back. It's been over 2 months and I haven't seen a refund from the company. I just now tried calling just to see if I could get someone to talk to and several times I was told to hold on finally I was put through and I only got breathing sounds and no one was talking, I finally said I hear breathing but nobody is talking. When I said that, I got hung up on again. This company is a fraud and Scam. Delia Garner
