I was a patient with them in around 2005. I had started orthodontist work with them that which I financed. I has trouble seeing the orthodontist because there was always some excuse of why he was not in the office for the day. I then became pregnant and ceased treament for about 6 months. I went back twice and was sent to two diiferent locations because my primary office had closed down. One day I called to schedule an appointment and they had disappeared off the face of the earth. I really need help in trying to get my hands on my records and if possible even get some type of reimbursement. I paid for a treatment that I did not fully receive.
