I ordered a free trial of liposlim extreme, I used it for one week it did not help me loose weight and just made me feel sick. I emailed the company and told them to cancel my order, they replied quickly saying they had cancelled it then a few days later they took £79.99 out of my account! I can't believe they did this when they said they had cancelled my order- surely this is theft? I ordered this with my bank card not credit card can I get it back? I have emailed them several times they never reply. I also ordered a free trial of natural cleanse that didn't worn either so I cancelled that and they have also taken £79.98 out of my account despite confirming the order was cancelled

After arguing with them via uk helpline they have offered me a 100% refund, am waiting for email to confirm this. 08000119520
