I purchased this product in March. I was told it was gonna cost me $310.00 and that was the first of my problems. They told me on the next call that it was gonna be $325.00. Th next time I spoke to them it cost $326.17. Then I was charged $341.12 on my visa card. I was then told that it was because of the exchange rate of the US. I purchased this product through a company in Ontario. I tried for weeks to send this piece of trash back to the company. The long and short of this is the refund that I finally got was $307.59. They refunded this amount despite owing me 326.17. So they still owe me $18.58. Don't believe anything that their customer service says. They run you around in circles. The product does not work so save your money and the anger they'll cause you by dealing with them. Absolute garbage and different prices from one time to the next. GARBAGE, GARBAGE, GARBAGE and horrendous customer service. You don't get the full refund no matter what their infomercials say. DON'T BUY THIS!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND ALL THE BS THEY WILL THROW AT YOU!!!!!! An doh yeah...the exchange rate works against you both ways, on the initial charge and when you get the refund that they decide to send you.
