I ordered online the free trial of Absolute Cleanse on-line. Later that morning I called to make sure I did not want the auto ship method as I never like to get that. If I like a product, I will call and reorder it. It's is not acceptable for someone to just assume you liked it and charge your credit card for more. Never-the-less, I tried the product and DID NOT like it. As a matter of fact, it did nothing for me! Therefore, I did not call to reorder. I went away with my family to the beach and my there my daughter was involved in a seriours jet ski accident. Therefore we were there for 3 weeks. When I arrived home, to NO surprise, I had a package from Absolute Cleanse. Inside was a notice telling me they were glad I liked their product and they have billed me for another that they so graciously sent on their own. When I called the 877-661-5749 number to complain and send back, I was told by a rude pushy saleswoman that they automatically send unless I call to cancel after receiving my first bottle. When I explained I had already called to cancel before I even got the bottle, I was told I had to keep this bottle, that they had already charged my card and that they would not accept it back. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he basically told me the same thing. I asked for written proof that I authorized the charge which they could not provide and I asked them to show me where I ordered multiple bottles which they could not. When I told the supervisor I called to avoid this even being an issue, he told his computer system picks up my calls and they did not see where I called twice from my number. Well they wouldn't, I originally called from my home phone, and this time I called from my cell phone. I am calling my credit card to deny these charges and I will never recommend or use anything from this company that steals from their customers again. Their product stunk also!! I felt no different and had no weight loss. Actually I gained weight!! This is stealing and it needs to stop. No one has the right to charge on your cc but yourself. I hope you post this for everyone to see this company and product is a fraud!
