This is the biggest scam. In no way shape or form did I realize that I was signing up for a continuing subscription. They totally "cheat" you by hiding everything in the terms and conditions. I feel stupid, but I also feel set up! If the customer honestly didn't realize what they were signing up for, they should not be charged! What about customer satisfaction??And they are total jerks on the phone!
