As a McDonalds' lover, I take my breakfast almost everyday at your good stores, especially in my neighborhood. In particular, in the morning on 10/04/11, I bought a breakfast sandwich & a cup of coffee to-go and ate in my car at the above store's parking lot( at 201 W. Washington Blvd. L.A. CA90015) ; after that I walked out of the the place to buy cigarettes; however, because there was no cigarette stores nearby, it took a pretty long while (about an hour); and then I came back to find my car had disappeared: By the way, I reported to your Store Manager & he said the Security Guard of the store had it towed away for the parking violation which I had never experienced before in other Mcdonalds Stores; and there were more than enough vacant parking lots at that time of my in-out: As the result I should go to the United Carrier Inc. at 1823 S. Hope Street, L.A. which is just one block away from the store & should took my car back after paying $208.30, about 100 times of the breakfast: What is the most ridiculous is that I heard from the people around there that is the Securities Guard's everyday activities for his side-income by the cooperation with the the Towing Company: Conclusively, if it were your management policy, I do not think it is very unfair: I appreciate it very much if you would take an appropriate step for the case.
