In the middle of April, my daughter viewed and placed a deposit on an apartment with him for a May 1 move-in date. Come May 1, the apartment wasn't quite ready "due to issues with the current tenant." But it would be available the next day. Or the next day. Pretty soon the story was that the police were involved in getting the previous tenant out. No refund was offered. When it was requested, suddenly requests to meet were being ignored. Ultimately the story became that Sebastian was in the hospital with cancer and could not attend to the issue. The last we heard was a text stating that the check was in the proverbial mail, but Sebastian has run up against the deadlines we have stated and we now need to move on to formal action, including small claims court. Of course if the check shows up and clears, I'll be happy to update you, but given what I see here, I'm not holding my breath. Thanks for your help.

As you can see, Alverius is now threatening to sue. Astonishing. I am still hopeful that he will make the right decision and issue her refund, at which time I will be happy to remove these complaints.

It has come to my attention that the contract in question was not with Alverius and Company, but with Sebastian Alverius as an individual, so for the sake of the sticking to the facts as I understand them I thought I would clarify that.

Regardless, Mr. Alverius has personally and repeatedly demanded that I remove this complaint. Scambook tells me that a complaint can only be removed when the company resolves it, & recommends that he contact his Business Resolve Account mgr.
