The complaint is a listing fraud posted on public forums or sites against an anonymous entity
The complaint is mobile text spam or smishing related against an anonymous entity
The company or person contact no longer exists

As with these other complaints, I received notification that I was a guaranteed winner of, "no less than 4.278 million dollars" upon receipt of $25.00 requisite release fee. Considering the number of prior complaints I am certain this can be no less than a scam. Unlike other companies that try to get you to make purchases, they assure you that a purchase is unnecessary and you need only use a different envelop if you plan not to buy anything but, there is no way to determine what the supporting agencie( s) are. This needs to be stopped.
