I bought a free sample and paid £4.99 postage on 5/5/13. I had read the small print and saw that I would be billed £15.99 within 4 weeks after goods dispatched. On 23/05/13 - less than 3 weeks later I had £89.91 removed from my account. I too am fuming. My credit card company cannot do anything as it was in here terms and conditions but I need to inform them that I do not want their goods and to formally cancel the order with them as they can continually take money and my credit company cannot stop them. Once I have contacted them and cancelled it ,I must keep a record of all communication. My credit card company will follow it up when this has been done
I am so bloody cross that companies take It upon themselves to do this and get away with it in some cases........ Please please do not have anything to do with these people
