I got a summons from Lease Finance Group reg the lease of a credit card machine. The summons is filed March 20 , 2013 & today is June 12 , 2013. This means its been almost 90 days since and I had 30 days to answer due to being out of state. The envelope is stamped June 6 , 2012. Yes - you can laugh now! The mistakes these people make are countless and it keeps going but i will stop there... with you.
