Without my authorisation this company withdrew 2 amounts of £79.98. I have called them to complain and ask for a refund. Bearing in mind it is an overseas call I was reluctant to stay on the phone too long! I accepted a 50% refund and they said that will be processed within 3-5 working days and any additional orders/membership have been cancelled. I will update when/if I receive the refund.
