I saw the add at the side of a Facebook page and sent for a sample £1.99. I didn't see any small print, not to say there wasn't any, but when you see a price you expect that is what it costs and do not expect to have to wade through a load of small print to find it.
The intial £1.99 was taken from my credit card for post and packsge, then another £1.95 two days later and then £84.71, 7 days later and £89.66 each of the following two months. I usually check my cradit card bills, but had been locked out and being very bisy couldn't face doing the help line in India, takes to much time.Only knew somthing was wrong when a second shipment arrived a couple of days ago. At first opportunty (yesterday) phoned my credit card company (yes India) after a couple of calls, got on line to my credit card account to find £269.96 had been taken out! long afternoon, got one refunded from them(after a couple of calls) LiftSerumPro and Barclays is suspending two payments while they look into it!Fingers crossed. Now going to try Trading Standards.
