I inquired online for an emergency education loan, and I was directed to a website called CSFund2 to put in my personal information: name, address, bank info to find out the amount that I was approved for. I did not sign any document. Then the phone calls started coming in many times a day, and I did not answer any of the calls. I went to an ATM machine to withdraw some money and found my bank account $300 deposited into my bank account. I called the number and was advised to signed up for a payday loan; I did not agree. Once the money is deposited there is no way you can back out on it. I went to my bank to block any direct credit or debit from this company. Well I got zapped with a $90 interest fee for borrowing a payday loan which I did not sign. Please do not give out your personal info or bank account. Go to a bankruptcy lawyer to help you, no one else can.
