I was called by a representative from Website Innovations (WI). Offered a website $100.00 and a money making banner on the site $100. Plus S&H 15.00. (There was no S&H)but charged anyway. I agreed and paid the fee's. Via Credit cards. Signed contract for Web site and Banner,S&H. I have no complaint about website and Banner fee. Following the sign-up contract for the website, I Immediately was contacted by a Michael Rossington of the same company. He went about to explain to me that I could purchase a plan to receive 30,000 targeted visitors over a one year period to my website who have been proven to be online buyers, for only $2500.00. Additionally website would be posted to search engines. (It was not, and still as of this date 06/10/13, be found in Google unless you type in full URL, in which case it would show-up without being placed in search engines)
I agreed and paid $2500.00 for visitors. I also placed at my own expense advertising. To this date (9months) I have only received approximately 1,249 visitors. There also wasn't any purchases made other than my own. Please note that they (WI) did another contract showing purchase of Website and then listed everything else as included for $2500.00 Making it look like one big package in which it was not. As I had paid $2715.00. I filed in recent weeks a dispute with my Bank over the 2500, and was granted, then after deadline WI submitted only the one contract for 2500. And Bank reversed my refund back to WI. I'm now filing complaint with Attorney General and Federal Trade Commission. I have documentation to prove all I have said.
