Rental Rate: $140.00 x 3 nights = $420

$200 Refundable Security Deposit and 50% of Total Rent Price Required At Time Of Reservation

Security Deposit will be refunded on the check out day

50% Deposit $210.00

Security Deposit + $200.00

Ok, but just to be clear, I only need the nights of Friday the 7th and Saturday the 8th. That is $140.00 X = = $280. I messed up and added a third night on my original email. That's Ok? Also what time is check in and check out?

  • Sherry, I only wish I had seen this sooner. I was scammed out of 760.00 for a condo in Killington, VT. There are a lot of postings on the internet about this guy and what seems to be a whole group scamming in several states. I filed compliants with local law enforcement, federal trade commission, craigslist, western union, and the state attorney general.

  • I was scammed as well filed with all the appropriate people. Nilda rivera had a arrest warrant issued for her by someone else because of the same thing but she is still doing it
