Testoril initially seems to be a legitimate company and product, but if you happen to dig deeper, you will discover some disturbing information. When you order the alleged "trial" package/product you are required to agree to their terms and conditions. Long story short, the trial period came and went. I simply called to request for a cancellation of any future order and this when strange things began to happen! The rep on the phone gave me an alleged Cancellation#. I then asked politely if they could simply email me or fax me that cancellation number in writing. The rep told me that it was impossible for them to do that. I asked her how could I prove to them or my bank that any future charges would in fact be stopped. Was I supposed to trust them? She said, "Well we have it on our end." I said that doesn't do me any good if you just charge me again. I asked if there was even any way to prove to me that I even agreed to the "terms & conditions" that put me on auto monthly charge, and the rep said, "Well no, but it say in our system that you did." (Once again could not offer me proof of that). I escalated to an alleged supervisor who was no help at all and told me that their "legitimate business" could not produce a simple email or fax to substantiate a cancellation confirmation or even proof of my agreement to their terms. This supervisor actually hung up on me. But before she did, I was told to what ever I had to do, but they couldn't help me anymore. This is NOT a real business!!!! I called my credit card company to report the charges as FRAUD!!! Very juvenile tactics on behalf of a company when you call for simple and legitimate requests like (written confirmation) of a cancellation. BE SAFE...Close your credit card and report FRAUD!!!
