I bought an item from www.buyfromchina.eu on 29/05/2013. I have made the payment and our bank confirmed that the payment amount was received by the company, but my order is still pending, and they will not answer any of my request emails, and I have not heard anymore from them. I had interaction prevous to paying for the item, but since they received my money they will not respond. This company is owned by shanghai kugoo electronics ltd. in China.
ANY HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED.
