I have been scammed by the above company which advertised a free trial period of pills.

I gave my bank details as I agreed to pay postage and packing of £2.95.

On receipt of the pills there was an invoice and also a letter which stated that cancellation of the product must happen within 14 days which I did phoning a number given on the letter.

The letter also stated that on cancellation I needed to ask for a 'RMA' number which was given to me and the container of the pills sent back within seven days with the RMA number and invoice in order that £69.95 would not be taken out of my account for the pills.

Also a tracking no: from the the parcel from the post office which had to sent by recorded delivery would be required and that I would need to phone the company with that tracking number.

That amount was taken from my account. I phoned customer service with all the information including the tracking number and 'RMA' number they had given me.

They stated that they had not received the parcel with the container in it, and the RMA number was not a valid number so was not eligable for a refund and to have a good day.

What should I do now in order to receive the refund as I did everything that was required??????????????????????????????

This company is running a scam - what can be done about that too????
