Dear sir

I want to lodge a complaint against Global Visas regarding the lodgement criteria,assessment and submission on my case against ref no- 1738720 in year 2011.I got few mails in correspondence from Mr.Arjun Beerapu in regards to migration to Australia.Then he contacted me again on email that I'm qualifying for 176 Skilled- Sponsored Visa and told me that I will send a Pro Forma invoice Ref-1738720 dated 20/07/11 to you for payment.Then I made 1/3 payment of the invoice through ANZ telegraphic transfer of AUD $1000.00 on acc/no- 082080 166397060 against my case as mentioned above on 26/07/2011- Global Visas 290 Pitt Street Sydney NSW 2000.Again I replied through email to Mr.Arjun and told him that I'll be 45 next week and still I'm qualifying on my mail dated 27/07/2011.On same day he said I'll be contacted by my lawyer- June Ryep Kim over the phone for an interview.Then on interview I was told that I have crossed my age 45 and you don't qualify at this time and next year when immigration rules change then you can qualify.Then after that I was getting only payment reminders for the full sum.I found some thing fishy then and opted how to get the payment refunded.Also in first instance they should have advised me that I don't qualify at all and in due respect I couldn't have made that payment at that time.

I think I have been mi-led in this case and I lost this amount money in no sense and I urge your organisation should return my money AUD $1000.00 because we face lots of finnacial difficulties in Fiji and it is a big amount of money I have lost in this case.

Also my email address has been changed to (Personal Information Removed)m and phone conatact mobil - (Personal Information Removed)or (Personal Information Removed)in Fiji.

I look for a favourable reply from Global Visas.
