Waiting for package from Kingsize Clothing company that was ordered late May 24, 2013 and shipped on May 28, 2013. Obtained tracking # (Personal Information Removed). The tracking indicated that item would be delivered on 6/1/2013. Monday 6/3/2013,I checked the delivery information and it indicated that the was delivered on 6/1/2013 and 4:21 pm. I called the US post office hot line to inquiry what happened with package. The representative told me to wait up to five days because the operator input the wrong delivery information and that it was too soon for the package to reach me. I waited and called again the US post office main number on 6/13/2013 and received a case #CA113428624 stating someone would get back to me in 24 hours. I called King Size and informed them of the nonreceipt of my package. They in turn sent out another package tracking #(Personal Information Removed). On 6/13/2013 the US post office called and said that I could come and pick up missing package, that they had it. I requested the package be redelivered the next day. On 6/14/2013 I received the second package Kingsize Company sent out not the first. The first package is still missing. Case #CA113428624 is not solved.
