I link in to Toshiba and didn't question why I was talking to "Mytechhelp". Not having a firm solution I purchased a charger for my laptop that had a 100% rebate (6-10weeks). I've made several attemps to contact them with a confirmation number. The would transfer me and usually end up at a recording saying all rebates are payed in 6-10 weeks then hang up. When I would talk to someone they weren't qualified to tell me what was going on with the rebate.
