I sent for the free CD and paid the shipping with my Debit card, it was a prepaid card recently I had to quit my job because of my health.I have no money coming in now and I had not added money to the card,when I did add money by the next day they had deducted 74.97 from my account and I was overdrawn when I tried to use my card that day. I have been trying to rectify the situation on the phone have not been able to was told they do not give refunds. Adrain the guy I spoke to said they would put 25.00 back on my card and send a restaurant.com card I received the card but I need a code to put in and they will not give me the code to activate the card.

- You were offered, and accepted an option of keeping the product, and us providing a discount for you keeping the product. The $25 gift card to restaurant.com is an electronic gift card, and the code you need is sent to you via email. I'm sorry that you didn't understand how it worked. To get the email resent, if you don't see it, just give us a call, and we'll have it resent to you again.
