Have been trying to pay this bill continuly for 5 months and they keep saying they havent recieved payment. I have correct account number and address have checked repeatedly. They want my debit card information over phone to make payment. Bill was paid by Cohutta Banking Company last 2 payments recieved by gyn care in atlanta ga and they recieved no payment also with this bill. I have proof that they did thru my bank but if i send my proof they cant find it in the mail!! I have banked with cohutta for 20 years no one has never not recieved a payment from me but this one bill which gyn started and turned over to jason craig and asssociates. Talked to a lady named Michelle but i just didnt get anything other than i havent made a payment and this is the right address and i must not have made the payment then asked for my debit card info to pay bill. Sorry i just dont trust making a payment to a bill collector over the phone that says repeatedly that they havent recieved a payment.
