I order a trial sample of the Alore and Lorelia anti-aging formula from the internet through an add on the side of Facebook page. The order form did not indicate this as a reoccurring charge on my credit card for $94.28 every month.
This is a total scam for the reasons that the product is no better than Aveno or Vaseline hand cream; on the original order there is no indication I would need to cancel the order in 2 weeks time after ordering the trial offer and I will be charged $94.28 each month and receive a new shipment.
When I called to aske why I was sent another trial sample they said this is not a trial sample it is a full order for which I have been charged $94.28, and I had agreeded to receiving. When I asked to be shown a copy of the original agreement and order for the Trial, they said they did not have it and would have to refer my request to another office at the support department and there was no guarantee they would be able to email it to me, even though the person who I was speaking with did have all my contact information and the dates of events. She was scripted and sounded like a Collection company.
So I say this is a SCAM. Now I see from this and other web sites that many other people have been scamed for the same products as I was.
Stay away from these companies!
