She was selling a 2001 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Z71 for $1,790.00 on Craigslist.She put a number on it,(203)707-1295.So i sent a a text to that number,asking if the truck is still on sale,on friday night,she replied back around 3:30am,saturday morning,asking me if im still interested on the truck,i replied yes,and she told me to send my full name,with my address so she can change the title.she said as soon as i sent it she'll open a case through ebay so i can make the payment through ebay.so i sent my name and my address,and she told me to check my email,ebay will contact me and give me the paying procedures through ebay,i asked her that i want to take a look at the truck,i asked her the address,and she told me that she is in a military base of Army National Guard in Tucson,AZ,she cant get out,the transaction will be done through ebay.I told her that i'll be waiting for ebay to contact me.around 5:00pm saturday,i text and emailed her asking about the status for ebay to contact me.she told me that they sent me already,she told me to check the spam folder.i opened the spam folder and it was there,and all the procedures were there,so i went to walmart and send the money to ebay Agent Dave Kettler,address is 890 Amsterdam Ave,New York,NY,10025.Thats the person she told me to send it to amount was $1,790.00 with walmart fee of $155.00.Monday morning i was on my way to work and checked my email and Melissa sent me another email,letting me know that the transaction went through but seems like there some misunderstandings,she told me to check the spam folder again,so i checked it,and a email from ebay informing me that ebay and Safeharbor Department change the policy,the buyer need to pay the shipping insurance,and the amount will be $1,500.00.Thats the time i start think that this might be a scam,but i went to walmart to send the amount,i came back and called ebay confirming that it is not a scam,and they told me that ebay never use money gram to send payments,so they explained to me and gave me this website to file a scam report.I didnt send the insruance amount she told me.I still have all the numbers and the emails that Melissa Lloyd and Dave Kettler sent me.Case ID she opened through ebay is:78M6P5409G69,my email is (Personal Information Removed).
