3rd party scam...I assumed I was dealing with Viper antivirus helpline..was told my computer was too slow and Viper was too heavy to be used ...but they showed me foreign addresses that were trying to hack into my computer and they could clean it up and protect my slow computer for $149.99 and GIVE me Microsoft Essentials for free..later i found out this is offered online for free...I am trying to dispute this amount on my credit card??? I can google the name itechlinellc and the only sites that come up is scam alerts and ripoff sites...
