I ordered the free trail of Vita Cleanse after seeing an ad on Facebook. After I placed the order I goggled The name of the magazine editor the ad said tried this product and had great success. The magazine states that person does not work for them. I immediately called the company to cancel my order. It was an automated telephone call that said my membership has been canceled and I would be charged $39.95. I called back to talk to a person and stated that I should not be charged when I haven't even received the product and the website stated it was a free trial. I told the operator I just placed the order 5 minutes ago and he needed to cancel it. He informed me once the order was in the system they could not cancel the order. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he told me he was one. He then told me he would take the charge off my account. Now three and a half days later I get an email stating my order has been shipped. I called the company again and found out the charges were not credited. I have to wait for the package and return it first. I told them this was not right they had several days to cancel my order before it was sent. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they were all busy. I said I would wait. I was told they could not hold up the phone lines. I was told a supervisor would call me back that I would be a top propriety call. I was then told I would be called back in the next 24 hours. How top priority is that. I'm sure I will not be hearing back from them. This company is a complete scam.
