I applied for a personal loan online. They approved me for $5,000. They needed two months worth of payment first before they can release the funds to me. I send $456.10 through Western Union to Kelly Pacific in Miami Florida. The supposedly loan consultan Brian Westfield told me that the funds will be release when they recive the money. The money was never send to me. The next day, I received a phone call from Frederika Jackson saying that there is a discrepancy and my loan is pending. They need the admistrative fee before releasing the funds. So i send them $375 and still no funds have been release.
