I opted for a membership by going to this link:

After clicking on any link on this URL i was redirected to this page:http://homewebprofit.com/01t/?clickid=15721
Filled up the form providing my credit card details including my CVV Code...
My problem is I'm unable to cancel my membership. As per T&C this site will charge my 99 USD(recurring) after a 3-day trial period. But I want to get it cancelled asap.
