I bought in internet this item for "Grand total: 13.74 EUR".

3 days later, on the 28th of september my bank anounced me, that you have charged another 49.80€ from my visa card, without my permission.
I did NOT make any other order from your company.

I gave my bank order to denounce your company at interpol for missusing my visacard as cybercrime. They told me, that it could be a misstake from your side and that I should try to write to you first.
What I dont understand is: How could you charge 49.80€ on my visa account WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. Smells fishy...
Could you please explain me WHAT the hell is going on there???
