I purchased a Dyson Vacuum on June 17th after a emailed back and forth with Lynkmart about the product. Lynkmart told me they can price there items so cheep because they have great deals with Macy's, Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom. I received an email saying the item was waiting to be shipped. Now the site is down. I paid with paypal (later finding out the payment went to an out of the country paypal account). I contacted paypal tonight about the problem and they said I would get my money back if the vacuum does not arrive. But I have very little hope that I will ever see the vacuum.

- I made the same purchase the day after yours but I never got responses from email I sent. Instead I got an email that said my order was awaiting shippment, then the site went dark so I couldn't login to check the order, the email listed in the receipt failed, the seller email doesn't work either so I realized this was a scam site. Like you I opened a claim with Paypal but they want to wait 10 days for a response from the seller. The sellers email doesn't work, so I don't see how paypal expects a response and can't be see this for what it is, fraud and refund me now.

This is very very strange. I just got home and there was a box from Bed Bath and Beyond, not from lynkmart. I ordered it from lynkmart.com on Monday.
Inside the box is a receipt that sowhs the order is $299, shipping $22.99, tax $24 for a total of $346.99. When I bought the item on www.lynmart is was only $229.00 and that's exactly what I was charged. This just seems weird why would they purchase it for $346.99 and offer it on their website for over $100 less...??? There are details on the order it shows ordered by. Sukhjit Sharma 6012 W. Everett Avenue Fresno, CA 93722. It still sounds very fishy to me.
Let me know if you get your package...something is still not sitting well we me.. -

- After I submitted my claim to paypal I received an email from paypal saying they seller had responded to them with a tracking number for my purchase. I tracked the number and it says a package will arrive tomorrow. At this point I don't want to have anything to do with this company and would just like a refund but from what I understand I have to wait to see what happens with this tracking number they provided.
