Basically same story as everyone. Wanted to try the "Free" trial, package arrived +/- 20 days after order, +/- 15days after that 2 times £84.71 removed from my account. Called their "Support", cancelled all next eventual orders (contacted my bank to ensure that no transfer will be completed to them) Asked for refund of the £164.72 as the products were not delivered - no postage fee removed from my account - without any luck at this point. This is scam to the highest level.
