I decided to take advantage of the trial for liposlim and natural cleanse. To my horror this company took £79.99 from my account and then another £79.99 from my account. I contacted the bank and they told me that they can not retrieve the money. If they did retrieve it then i will not be protected and the company will be able to take it again. They said if i just cancel the payments and they try again then i will be protected and they will refund me the money. I have tried several times to contact this company via email and via phone and have not been successful. I cannot believe that my bank are not able to assist me with this matter. I find it disgusting really. I am a single parent of 3 children and cannot afford to lose that amount of money. I will continue to try and contact them.
