Contacted above ANC via internet ad on or about March 11, 2013. Received no information from them and canceled the account on the same date.Left my home in Hawaii on the 13th. of march for and extended business trip to the mainland. Have received no further communication from ANC since with the exception of the charge on my credit card. Out right fraud.
