I ordered this product and the one they suggested you use in conjunction with it today. Then I looked on line for the company and found there were 71 complaints on this one and over 50 on the other Company, Equinox anti-aging serum. When I called and tried to cancel, a person with a heavy foreign accent told me I would have to wait until the product arrived and then return it within the 14 day trial period which began today, not when it is received. I said I had read many complaints about them and he repeated the same excuse for not cancelling. Now, I have my calendar marked to call them the day I receive it to cancel otherwise I'm afraid the 14 days will have passed and I will be charged an enormous amount of money for the product,which I don't have. Plus, if my bank honors their charge, without authorization and from the complaints I've read, the banks seem to be doing that, you are charged for overdrafts if there isn't enough money in the account and if you try going through the bank, RVTL's Customer Service says, "good luck, they can't help you." This is a really big Scam operation. BEWARE. I didn't heed that advice in time.
