500 deposit was placed on the vehicle to secure the sale and work to be done over the next 6 days before it would be ready. We phoned the next day after hearing of a family sickness and near death situation that needs to be taken care of. We reached the salesman to tell him to cancel the work and sale, his response was ok we will do so. The next day we phoned to see about returning the deposit and were told the work was already done and they couldn't return our 500 dollars. My wife pursued the issue and was given a sign agreement saying when the car is sold, she'll get her money back. Well the car was s old soon after and we had to actually go to the dealer and talk to the secretary to find out it had been sold, salesman wouldn't call us and the manager was on vacation. When Bobby Tulo got back from vacation he said the car sold for less than what we paid and they had to sell it with the extras we paid for in less than a day after we gave them the money. My
Y wife now needs that money to go see her 83 year old dying father in Poland. I had gone in June 20 th to see Bobby Tulo, he showed me the sale of the vehicle to another customer shortly after our decision not to purchase the vehicle after finding out this family problem . I questioned him about the 1349 dollars charged to this customer, he immediately grabbed the paper out of my hand and told me that was not my business confirming to me that the money was made up by rearranging some numbers an making an extra 500 dollar profit from our desperately tight budget.
