Since the month of April I noticed Wippy's had taken money out of my account, so I ensured too have every email in writing and made all calls to ensure the account was closed off. Yet they proceeded to take a second month's fee. I was absolutely enraged and what is getting me even more angry, is that almost a month now I am requesting my refund and I have not gotten it. They keep telling me all sorts of nonsense that it is being processed and it will take 5-7 days, almost 3 "5-7 days periods" went and I have not received my money.
Marlon their representatives continues to tell me he is doing updates yet, I never get any new feedback. He says he is unable to tell me a time frame of my reimbursement. He should be put on probation. I will tell legal action if my money is not returned before this month ends. And Sweden is very strict on these theft.
