All, I assisted in taking down lynkmart.com this week. I found out that their site was fraudulent a week or so ago and finally found the right connections to get them pulled.
For those who have placed orders and haven't received your product, please call your bank and cancel your credit card and have the charges from them reversed.
The way this site works, is once you place an order on their site, they turn around and place an order on various other ecommerce sites with stolen credit card information and order the item you selected. In return, you get your product and your credit card information is compromised.
Sometimes they wait a week to a few months and then you'll start seeing random charges show up on your credit card. So please, for whoever ordered from this site, cancel your credit cards and take the appropriate actions to get your money back.
I verified their location and it was listed as a mall in California. When I contacted mall security, they not only didn't have a store called Lynkmart there, but also the no suite# that matched the one on their site.

- I received my merchandise but it's still very strange. All payments were through paypal, I launch and investigation anyway despite receiving the merchandise. I completely agree based on my postings that someone was fraudulent. Here's the odd thing, Paypal doesn't seem to care if I received my merchandise even if it was under fraudulent terms of the sell. As long as I received what I order they are closing my case. I have listed in the comments section of my profile the details of all the contact information I have on them.

- I am waiting on a shipment from lynkmart that is supposed to be delivered tomorrow. I opened a claim with paypal after their site went dark because I never got information on it being shipped and their email stopped working. To my surprise paypal informed me the seller contacted them and provided the tracking information which they provided to me. Even after I informed paypal that this transaction was fraudulent and provided a bunch of information supporting this, they focused on whether the purchase was being shipped and if I get it or not, they don't seem to care that I am going to receive a product that was purchased illegally. If what shows up tomorrow isn't what I purchased than I will still have a claim, if it is what I paid for, paypal won't consider this a bad transaction. After reading several other similar situations like this one I realized that this had to be how they were able to sell merchandise so cheaply. Anyone who used a CC to make the purchase needs to worry, those who used paypal shouldn't have to worry since paypal acted as a clearing house for the payment and the CC info was never sent to the seller. In order for this to work these sort of fraudulent merchants need to either hope people don't use paypal and use a CC instead to make purchases or they have to get CCs from some other means.

- Roger, when I placed my order on 6/10/13 all payments went through PayPal. As a result, there is no need to cancel your credit card. PayPal also covers any loss so there is no need to file a dispute with your bank.
