I ordered Natural Cleanse and Lipo Slim Extreme trial for 14 days. The confirmation email said 21 days trial. I got the package and there was 30 days worth of pills in both containers. I ordered it 06/06, it got here 18/06. Yesterday (20/06) I was browsing the net about it and found this website and read all the complaints. So I checked the order confirmation email, found a UK phone number (800-011-9520) and also a Terms&Conditions. I read it (http://naturalcleanseriskfree.com/terms.php) and there it does tell you that they are going to open an auto-shipping account for you and you cannot cancel by email. I tried calling them this morning (21/06), no answer so I got a bit worried since I was running out of time to cancel it. So I tried again this afternoon, got through and after a 5 minutes conversation with a rude call center person who barely spoke English I think I managed to cancel the account with them for both pills BEFORE they charged me for the next month's pills (it says $79.99). At least I got the cancellation confirmation email to prove it. But I also contacted my bank (HSBC) just to make sure they know about it, so I think I'm covered. I just wanted to share my story and send out a MASSIVE thank you for this website, you saved me approx. £160!!! Thank you so much!
PS. ALWAYS keep the confirmation emails they send you because that's the only way I found their UK number. On their website they only have an American number.
