I saw an ad on computer that said free help quitting smoking. I applied and authorized them 1 charge of 4.99 cent for shipping a one time charge. I did not check my bank statement for several months and they have billed me $80.00 for 8 months. I did not know I had enrolled in a monthly refill plan. They answered the phone and left me on hold for about 30 minutes but I would not hang up. I waited. I am very angry because I am on a fixed income and this is really terrible to scam people like this. I think something should be done about this company. They cancelled my order today and offered my money back for this one month. What about the other months. I can send the unopened packages back to them because I was not even using it. This happened in November 2012 when I saw the ad on the internet, did not catch the problem until today.
