I met Mark to buy a car he had on Craig's list the next day took it to the mechanic he signed a document that says the car is unsafe to be on the road.Mark says it was his dad 1 owner car he forged his dads name on the title ..All the damage is under the car so I could not see it. I think he has another car for sale on there in Snaelsville ga,

Hello. My name is Mark Frieseman. The above complaint is 100% false. The person who filed this complaint named "peggy" purchased this car on June 21st 2013. This is a classic case of "buyers remorse" This car is not damaged underneath (has light surface rust having lived most of its life up north). The car is a 2001 and almost 130k and has been a great car in the family. "peggy" had never asked for this vehicle to be inspected by a mechanic(I would have gladly let her take this car to her mechanic BEFORE the transaction was made).The purchaser brought her own bill of sale stating that the car is being sold as is and in its current condition. This was signed by her and her family member that was present. As far as the fraud accusation goes I have a signed and notorized power of attorney form from my father to complete this transaction for him due to him not being able to be present. Further more I would to also comment that the purchaser's first call to me speak to me about this matter was in a threatening manner and I don't believe that any person deserves to be talked in such a disrespectful manner . I sincerely apologize to anyone that has taken the time to read this mularky. I realize this has been 60 seconds of your life you can probally never get back.
