I had applied for a pay day loan with other companies, all of a sudden I noticed a electronic made check withdrawal for 30.00, this company took out of my account without my consent. what can I do to get it back?

Just call your bank and tell them what happened. They should be able to reverse the charge and put a permanent stop to it. Otherwise it will be a monthly debit for their "service" of finding you a payday loan. That's what they do. They broker loans for people. In short though, they are crooks and should be prosecuted. They took $30 from my account 3 days ago. My bank has already reversed the charge. But you need to call these people to be removed from their system. Call them at 775-200-1525. Good luck. -
