Ordered a long length wavy hair wig. Haven't received it. Will cancel my credit card.Saw all
the complaints about them and realized I got poked again. I don't think the models in the pictures are wearing wigs. It's their real hair.

- Yeah you're probably right. I tried to purchase a wig from them about a month ago and realised I had no way of making direct contact. They claim to be based in London, however, they don't have a London-based contact number. I eventually made contact with somebody called Fiona, whose English was horrendous. I tried to make a cancellation and basically my emails were ignored and I was told I needed to pay the 'materials fee'. Thankfully I paid with Paypal and got them a claim submitted and got a refund through that. Phew. Never again.
