They continue to take £96.66 TWICE a month from my account even after cancelling my (unknown to me!) contract with them on 24th May. I am still receiving goods from then, unwanted obviously, as they tell me I did not cancel and cannot return the goods as they have a " no returns policy"! Have contacted my credit card who is investigating it all but they are powerless to stop the money being taken out (why I don't know?!). Am now about £450.00 out of pocket to these thieving scumbags and cannot do anything to stop them. Please help.
