I contacted Schanel Morse(866) 440-7535 X7036 January 2011, of Watch Brokers to sell a Rolex and Omega watch. Ms Morse referred me to Eric Tossel, same telephone number but extension 7012. The watches were mailed, appraised and a contract was agreed between both parties. In February of 2011 the Rolex was sold and a check for approximately 1440 dollars was to be mailed to may address at (Personal Information Removed). As of this date I have not received the check. When I called Mr. Tossel he gave me to J.C. Piquecent, customer service representative for Rolex, 866-440-7535 X 7006, and during our conversation the matter would be resolved and a check mailed to me. I have called repeatedly but no one answers any of the extensions and I am left leaving voice messages. I have asked for both my watches returned to me. I have not received any monies for either watch nor have I received the watches and no one has called or contacted me regarding the situation.
