This company called my cell phone on 6/19/13 and left a message. I just listened to it last night and was shocked. My husband looked them up and found them on Scambook. So, I called them back today to find out what it was about. They informed me they were looking for my husband and that he owed a debt of around $3000 for an old credit card debt to Chase Visa from 2000 and that he stopped paying on it in 2006. They gave me an address that was supposedly my husbands for 4 years which he never lived. Then the guy got rude and was asking me what my name was and listing my husband's family members and addresses. I would like to know how they got so much personal information. They even had my previous married name and address where I lived with my exhusband over 13 years ago. Then the man threatened to add me to the debt and hung up on me. Then he called my house phone back and said, "Hi. I got your address now. We're coming to take your house and cars. Goodbye." then hung up on me. I wish I could have recorded the conversations because I would like to sue them for harrassment. If they call you. Just ignore them. DO NOT send them any money. Contact an attorney right away!
